Payment Options

ONLINE (Credit/Debit Card): Payment can be made by credit/debit card through the online booking form (link above).

CHEQUE: If you would prefer to pay by cheque, please contact alex@hartleytaylor.co.uk who will provide a registration form for you to complete and return by post with your payment.

INVOICE: Invoices can be issued on request where payment is to be made by a Trust/University/Company. Requests must be sent by email (alex@hartleytaylor.co.uk) and include the contact details (name, email address and telephone number) of the person who will provide the invoice information/PO details.

Closing Date

The closing date for registrations is Sunday 11th November 2018. After this date, registrations will only be accepted on-site at the conference.

Festival

Tickets for the Festival are not included in the conference registration fee. Booking is required and can either be done at the time of registration or separately at a later date. View full details of this event.

Cancellation Policy

Written notification of cancellations must be sent by email (alex@hartleytaylor.co.uk). Cancellations will be accepted until 2 weeks prior to the conference (Monday 29th October) with a refund of your fees less £25 for administrative costs. Non-attendance or cancellations after this date are non-refundable.

Disclaimer

The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the holding of the conference be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by force majeure, or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes.
